Any reproduction, representation, modification or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Personal data

The site does not directly store personal data in its own database. When you use the booking calendar, the information required to schedule the meeting — including your name, email address, time zone and the answers you provide — is sent to Cal.com, Inc. to arrange and confirm the meeting. You can read the Cal.com privacy policy.

If you accept advertising measurement, technical browsing data is sent separately to OpenAI, LLC (United States) to evaluate campaign performance. The pixel only measures a view of the booking page, the start of the Cal.com booking flow and a confirmed appointment. Information entered in the Cal.com form is not sent to OpenAI by our integration.

An email you choose to send us is processed in the recipient's mailbox solely to answer your request. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French law, you have a right to access, rectify, restrict, port, object to and erase the data concerning you. You can exercise these rights by writing to qciccarone@fdepartners.com.

Cookies and trackers

The site may load the OpenAI measurement pixel, which is not essential to its operation, only after you consent. If you decline, the pixel is not loaded and no measurement event is sent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawal prevents future measurement and does not replay earlier events.

The Cal.com calendar is embedded in the booking page to provide the service you request. It may use technical elements strictly necessary for its operation under its own terms. Booking remains available when you decline the OpenAI pixel.

Liability

TMCT strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the site but cannot guarantee its completeness or that it is free of error. The site may link to third-party sites whose content TMCT does not control and for which it cannot be held responsible.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
